DSU Meeting, June 10, 2026

Divine Science University held a meeting June 10, 2026 at 5:00 PM.  Following the invitation song Teach Your Children by Crosby, Stills, Nash, and Young we took a moment to breathe deeply together in preparation to read our mission statement and opening intention.

At 5:10 PM we reviewed insights and college news. SOW reported that several new posts have been added and that a new series on Zoroastrianism will present overviews, present a history and ultimately a translation of Zarathushtra’s written works.  The oldest written religion  in the world. The Carmine Connections that new dishes. Have been acquired for the ORSH (One Room School House).  1st, 2nd, 3rd Contact reported that it was hosting a Disclosure Day Movie attendance in Bastrop on Thursday.  Other Colleges reported on their activities.

At 5:15 PM Jackie Self of ONE-TLC CARES presented a presentation bout Making Sense of Eating.  This was followed by Carol Schaefer presenting What’s in Your Food?  She pointed out that we should seek to earth healthy food, read and understand labels, buy organic, avoid ultraprocessed foods and avoid microplastics.

The presentation concluded at about 6:00 PM and we shared comments and reminders.

The DSU meeting concluded with the song I’m In the Mood for Food.  And closed at about 6:04 PM.
